Free Quit Smoking Counseling for Delta County Pregnant Moms
Pregnant moms in Delta County who need help to quit smoking can now receive free counseling, thanks to a grant received from Great Parents, Great Start of the Delta-Schoolcraft Intermediate School District and the Delta-Schoolcraft Great Start Collaborative. Any pregnant smoker living in Delta County is eligible to receive free individualized counseling with a trained American Lung Association Freedom From Smoking® certified cessation counselor. Pregnant women enrolled in "A Great Smoke Free Start" will receive a Quit Workbook, support materials, a personalized Quit Plan, and incentives such as nicotine replacement products, gift cards, and group exercise class enrollment.
