  • BCCCP
    Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program
    Provides cancer screening to women age 40 and over.
  • Communicable Disease Services
    Physician and self referrals and accepted for testing, treatment, and/or reporting of sexually transmitted disease, tuberculosis, rabies, hepatitis, and food poisoning.
  • CSHCS
    Children's Special Health Care Services
    Assists individuals from birth to 21 years of age (regardless of income) who have a condition that may benefit from specialized care or the use of special equipment.
  • Early On Program
    Early intervention and support for children ages birth to 36 months who have an established medical condition or developmental delay.
  • EPSDT
    Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment
    Provides free preventive health screening to Medicaid clients from birth to 21 years of age.

    • Contraceptive Services
  • Hearing and Vision Screening
    Services provided for preschool and kindergarten entrants.

  • Immunizations
    Provides information or vaccinations for childhood and select adult immunizations, flu and pneumococcal vaccines available, and information or immunization for foreign travel available.
  • Lead Prevention
    Provides blood lead testing, prevention education and referrals for eligible children.
  • Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP)
    Provides support to promote healthy pregnancies, good birth outcomes, and healthy infants. Services are a Medicaid benefit to women and infants.
  • MCIR
    Michigan Care Improvement Registry
    A state-of-the-art immunization record keeping system for children who receive immunizations anywhere in the State of Michigan.
  • MI Child/Healthy Kids
    Health care coverage program for pregnant women and infants and children under 19 years of age
  • WIC
    Women, Infants, & Children Program
    A special food and nutrition program that provides:
    • Health screening
    • Nutrition education
    • Referral for health and social services
    • Free supplemental food for:
      • Pregnant women
      • Breast feeding women
      • Postpartum women
      • Infants Nutrition Education
      • NEW! Internet Nutrition Education
