Program Overview

  • is a special food and nutrition program which promotes good health and nutrition for Women, Infants and Children.
  • can help make your money go further with these healthy foods: milk, juice, cheese, eggs, cereal, peanut butter, canned dried beans, canned fish, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads/tortillas, infant formula and infant foods.
  • can help you learn about: nutrition for a healthy pregnancy, breastfeeding, infant feeding, child growth and development, and healthy food choices.

To apply for the Women, Infants and Children's program, print and complete the WIC Application. Mail the application to the WIC office in your county. Applications can also be submitted by email, or at either the Escanaba or Menominee office. Please reference the contact information below to submit your application. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
