Coodinator: Mark W. Weber, RS This program focuses on planning, training and surveillance to improve the public health capacity to respond 24/7 to acts of terrorism and similar emergencies. This capacity will include the means to provide mass immunizations such as smallpox, antibiotics and antitoxins.
