Easy Ways to Add Fruits and Vegetables to Your Child's Diet

Just have washed fruits and vegetables out and within reach.
Cut oranges into wedges, freeze, and serve as a treat.
Put bite-sized pieces of your child's favorite vegetables into plastic containers. Store in refrigerator for easy use.
Add berries, bananas, or other fruits to cold cereal.
Add applesauce to hot cereal.
Put lettuce, sprouts, and tomatoes on sandwiches.
Serve equal amounts of 100% fruit juice and club soda instead of soft drinks.
Blenderize fruit and milk or frozen yogurt for a yummy drink.
