Honey Banana Bread* 3 Cups multi-vitamin whole grain flaked cereal (Wheaties, Total or the like) Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with no stick cooking spray. Combine cereal, flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in bowl. Combine bananas, egg whites, oil, honey and pecans in separate bowl. Add to cereal mixture, stirring just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack.
