Golden Fruit Salad

1 Golden delicious apple, cored and sliced
1 Red Delicious apple, cored and sliced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup red grapes, halved and seeded, if necessary
Orange Yogurt Dressing -
combine 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt, 2-3 tbs. orange juice and dash nutmeg; mix well.
3 large lettuce leaves

Combine all fruits; mix well. Serve on lettuce lined salad plates with Orange Yogurt Dressing. Makes 3 servings. This is an official 5 A Day Recipe.
