Kids Club Sandwich

6 slices oatmeal bread
3/4 cup peanut butter*
4 tsp. spread able fruit or jam, any flavor
1 small banana, sliced
12 apple, cored and thinly sliced
4 tsp. honey**

Spread 1 slice of bread with 1 heaping tsp. each of peanut butter and spread able fruit. Cover with half of banana slices. Spread second slice of bread with 1 heaping tsp. of peanut butter; place on banana slices, peanut butter side down. Spread top of bread with 1 heaping tsp. peanut butter; cover with half of apple slices; drizzle with 2 tsp. honey. Spread third slice of bread with 1 heaping tsp. peanut butter; place on apple slices, peanut butter side down. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 2 sandwiches. Cut each sandwich diagonally into quarters.

*Do not server to children under the age of 1, due to risk of choking.
