Peanut Goodies*

1/2 Cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 Cup honey
1/2 Cup instant cocoa mix
1 Cup peanuts
1/2 Cup sunflower seeds
1 Cup toasted wheat germ
shredded coconut

  1. Combine peanut butter, honey, cocoa mix, peanuts, sunflower seeds and wheat germ in a medium-size bowl; mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape into 1-inch balls using one level tablespoonful; roll in coconut. Store in refrigerator.
