Potato Dippers 16 ounces low fat plain yogurt Place yogurt and party dip mix in a small bowl. stir with a spoon t mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Scrub potatoes. cut each in half lengthwise, and then into 3 wedges. Arrange wedges in a spoke circle on a large microwave-safe plate. Brush potato wedges with margarine; sprinkle with seasoned salt. cover potatoes with waxed paper. Cook in microwave on high for 6 minutes. Turn plate halfway around, and microwave on high 7 more minutes. Remove potatoes from microwave and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with prepared dip.
