Directions:
Rinse lettuce leaves, and pat dry. spread peanut butter on both leaves. Sprinkle
on grated carrot, raisins, and seed or nuts. Place a banana half at one side of each leaf.
Carefully roll the lettuce leaves around banana halves. Hold and eat.Makes 2 salad
rolls. |
